You can cancel your Veramelle subscription at any time, with no fees and no minimum number of orders.

Email us at hello@tryveramelle.com or call 1 (800) 585-3940 and we will cancel it for you.

Orders already placed

If an order has already been charged but not yet shipped, contact us and we will cancel and refund it in full. If it has already shipped, our 90-day guarantee applies — see our Refund Policy.

Changes to your plan

You can switch pack size or delivery frequency at any time from your account. Changes apply to your next order.
