90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Veramelle doesn't work for you, email us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund your order in full. Nothing to send back — keep the pouches and the guide.

How to request a refund

Email hello@tryveramelle.com or call 1 (800) 585-3940 with your order number. That's all we need. Opened pouches are fine.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Subscriptions

Your 90-day guarantee covers subscription orders too, not just first-time buyers. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate — you can cancel any time from your account, by email, or by phone. See our Subscription Policy.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost. This isn't limited to 90 days.

Orders not yet shipped

Contact us and we'll cancel and refund in full before it goes out.
